Citrus Lane August 2014 Box Review - 2 year old Girl

So, we have been Citrus Lane Members for a while now and the last boxes where pretty good. Last month and also this month we were able to select what item we would prefer in out box. Here is my post about the different choices.
So we already knew what our main item ('On the go' Alphabet Flash Cards from Petit Collage) would be and were very excited. (Value 24$)

- 'On the go' Alphabet Flash Cards from Petit Collage, 24$ on their website. These are great for learning letters, words and also to start reading.
- me4kidz - cool it buddy, soft reusable ice pack.
These are pretty and also useful for so many things like bug bites, boob boos, bee stings, pinched fingers or just for playing doctor. These are 3.99$ in their me4kidz shop.

-  Green Toys - Tea for Two, this is a small Tea Set especially made for Citrus Lane (not available on the Green Toys website or in store) but their Big Tea set is 27.99$ on the Green Toys website.

Our daughter has a play kitchen and we love cooking together, this will be a great addition. I love that it is actually food safe and can be washed in the dishwasher.

We also speak German at our house and I read a lot about introducing a second language at an early age. So I am actually very excited about this download and just went to their website to download German 'Happy, sad and silly'. (It was super easy to use and download)
I can not wait to watch it later tonight with my daughter.

At the end of July Citrus Lane announced that they got acquired by care.com. So there was also a flyer for care.com in the box, with a special deal.
I heard from a lot of friends that they found some great nannies and dog walkers on their website.

All in all, this is a great box. The value of the items exceeds the price for the monthly box (29$ for a month-to-month subscription).

We love Citrus Lane and they have some great fun items. I love the quality of the products and the ideas behind the products.

Bluum Box August 2014 - 46 Months Old Girl

 So last months Bluum Box was terrific. We received so many great summer items and were super happy.
So for this month, I expected another great box.
I can tell you all, I was NOT disappointed.

We haven't tried it out yet since we just got the box today. But this looks like a lot of fun, great to make up stories and to explore.

These are very useful. Our daughter doesn't go to school yet, but even just for toys, books, DVDs or play dates they work great. 

I love the fact that they laminate itself and stick on almost everything, even on sweaty sport equipment and wet food containers.

- Parragon - Miles of Fun Bingo Game with 4 Bingo Cards, 10.99$ on the Parragon website.

Very good way of keeping kids entertained in the car, we cant wait to try it out.

- Peppercorn Kids - Color Block Bandana Headband, 12.00$ on the Peppercorn Kids Website.

This is super cute, everybody who knows me knows our daughter always has hats or or something in her hair. So this is my favorite product, in this months box. I love the colors and we tried it on immediately. 

 We love it.

- We also received a choosemyplate.gov kids apron. These aprons are very useful for several things, cooking, baking, messy artwork, ... .

I personally just think it wont last long, because the quality is not the best.

So all in all, you see the value we received is way more then what you pay for a single box. So this month was again, well worth the money. 

I love Bluum boxes!

We also had alot of fun with the packaging!

Graze Box Review July 2014

Better late than never.
Here is our Graze Box review from 2 weeks ago.

When we got our First Graze Box, we got it for free and loved it so much, we continued their service. If you are interested in getting your first and fifth box for free also, follow this link. 

We got, Mississippi BBQ Pistachios, Key Lime Pie, Nature's Immunity Nuts and Raspberry Coconut Muffin.
I really enjoyed the Pistachios because they has a great medium BBQ flavor. My husband and I both shared the Key Lime Pie and Raspberry Coconut Muffin and we love both, they were just slightly too sweet for our taste. My husband took the Nature's Immunity Nuts to work and he said they were a great snack for in between and he liked the mix of Brazil, Cashew and Pistachios. It was just the right ratio of nuts.
